Terms of service

Version 2026-08-13 · taskblitz is a service of Responzive Pty Ltd (Australia)

1. Who we are

taskblitz is operated by Responzive Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company based in Victoria. When you use taskblitz you are contracting with Responzive Pty Ltd.

2. What the service is

taskblitz is a closed task agency: you send a job through the chat, we quote it, and our team — one accountable expert supported by human specialists and AI tools — does the work. It is not a marketplace; you are never matched with or billed by third parties.

3. Quotes, payment and GST

Every job is quoted in the chat before work is billed. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Approvals and delivery

You approve every proof before final files are released. A job is complete when you approve it or when you use the delivered files, whichever comes first.

5. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of everything you upload. On full payment and approval, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, except for third-party materials (fonts, stock, licensed code) which stay under their own licences — we'll tell you when a deliverable includes any.

6. AI assistance

We use AI tools to research, draft and prepare work. Nothing an AI produces reaches you without human review and approval. Your job content may be processed by AI providers under contractual confidentiality; your credentials never are — we don't accept passwords through the chat, and our systems block them from reaching any model.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If work is faulty we'll re-do it or refund it, as the ACL requires.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use taskblitz for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other customers' data. We can suspend accounts that do, and the approval gate means we review what ships.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a job is capped at the amount you paid for that job, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This cap does not apply where the ACL says it can't.

10. Changes

When these terms change we'll bump the version above and ask you to accept again on your next visit. Continuing to use taskblitz after that is acceptance.
