What we collect
Your email and name when you sign up; the jobs, messages and files you send us; payment records (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers); and standard technical logs.
Where it lives
Your account data and files are stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Backups and processing stay under that provider's security controls.
Who touches it
The team working your job (under confidentiality, and only the jobs shared with them), and these processors: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI assistance on job content), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Platforms you connect
When you connect a platform — Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta, and the rest of the list in your brand settings — you grant read-only access through that platform's own access system: a manager account link, a collaborator invite, a partner request. We never ask for, and never hold, your platform password.
What we read is business performance data, not people. From the Google Ads API that means campaign reporting figures — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value, by day and by campaign. We store those figures as snapshots against your brand, isolated at the database level so no other client can read them, and we use them for one purpose: showing your own numbers back to you in your dashboards, reports and answers. We do not pool, compare or benchmark your data across clients, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Taskblitz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can withdraw access at any time by removing the link in the platform itself — Google Ads, Shopify or wherever it was granted. Tell us and we'll delete the stored snapshots too.
AI and your data
Job content may be processed by AI services to research and draft work, under agreements that prohibit training on your data. Our systems actively block credentials and card numbers from reaching any AI model, and we ask you never to paste passwords into the chat — there's a safer delegated-access path for every platform we work on.
Transactional email only: proofs ready, replies waiting, receipts. Every notification type has a one-click unsubscribe and a toggle in Settings. No marketing lists without separate opt-in.
Your rights
Ask us any time to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you: hello@taskblitz.co. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our handling, you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
Version bumps appear at the top of this page and are re-accepted on your next visit.
